The software operates as an autonomous, private management platform in your own environment, routing securely through "Abditus" networking under a Zero Trust architecture.

1. Acceptable & Safe Usage

You agree to use this software in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You specifically agree not to:

Upload, schedule, or distribute content that violates integrated platform terms, community guidelines, infringes on intellectual property, or contains harmful or illegal material.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of third-party APIs or associated network relays.
Use the service for abusive, spamming, or automated bot activities contrary to platform developer policies.

2. Supported Media Platforms

This software provides multi-platform publishing and automation across supported social networks:

TikTok: Content Posting API & Login Kit integration.
YouTube (Google): YouTube Data API v3 video and short-form media distribution.
Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram): Graph API Page posting and Instagram Direct media publishing.
X (formerly Twitter): Twitter API v2 post creation and media uploads.
Discord: Webhook automation and bot notification dispatch.

By connecting your accounts, you agree to be bound by the respective terms of service and developer policies of each connected platform.

3. User Responsibility & Zero Trust Security

Because the service operates under a Zero Trust architecture:

Account Ownership: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys, OAuth credentials, and encryption passphrases.
Network Security: All remote communications and credential handshakes must be conducted in adherence to our Abditus security protocol.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. In no event shall ByteSumPi or service operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
